Canned laughter is trash, we wanted the real thing.

We filmed Falling Flat in the lockdown of 2021, which meant no studio audience.

To put that right, in June 2022, over one hundred sitcom fans joined us at the Riverside Studios in London for a special screening of the pilot. To get an honest laugh track for our final cut, we recorded their response to the show. This was a little risky (what if they didn't laugh?!) but we were thrilled with the reaction Falling Flat received.
