Karl Rooney - Director & Producer
A veritable encyclopaedia of comedy, Karl has worked behind the camera on some of the most popular sitcoms of the modern era. He has produced and written several of his own projects, including the madcap comedy show Quiz Night, and his directorial work includes several episodes of the hit BBC sitcom Citizen Khan.
Peter Etherington - Writer
A studio sitcom specialist, Peter has worked alongside Karl on two productions. Falling Flat is their second collaboration after their first, Vines, was filmed in front of a live audience at ITV’s London Studios. His writing has graced stages at the Midlands Arts Centre, the Soho Theatre, and the Gilded Balloon in Edinburgh where he won the audience's vote in the final of the national writing competition 'So You Think You Write Funny'.
